Terms & Conditions of Letting                                          

·          Terms. The Cottage is generally let from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise arranged. (Short breaks can be arranged at quieter times of the year). The cottage is available between 3pm on the day of arrival and 10am on the day of departure. Guests planning to arrive later should advise the owners accordingly.

·          Cancellations. In the event of a cancellation, deposits will only be refunded if the cottage can be re-let.

·          Deposits. A deposit of £50 secures the booking, the balance is payable  6 weeks before the date of arrival along with a £100 damage deposit.

·          Availability. Should the cottage not be available due to circumstances beyond our control (for example, fire, theft or damage)  all sums will be returned to you in full. No further liability will be accepted.

·          Number in party. The number of persons or dogs occupying the cottage must not exceed that agreed at the time of booking unless subsequently arranged with the owners. The Hirer booking the cottage must be 18 years  or older.

·          Dog. Well behaved, fully house trained dog is allowed by prior arrangement. The dog should not be left in the property by itself or allowed on the furniture.

·          Damage and Cleanliness. The owners endeavor to maintain high standards of  cleanliness at all times. To continue these standards, the Hirer must undertake to keep all furniture fittings and effects in the same good condition as found. Any breakages should be reported at once; we reserve the right to charge for any non-trivial damage howsoever caused. Upon departure the hirer is requested to leave everything in a clean and tidy condition. 

·           Access. The Owners reserve the right of access to the cottage at all reasonable times.

·          Liability. The Owners cannot accept liability for loss or damage to Guests’ property or for personal injury. Cars are parked at Guests risk.
